What a quite comfortable stay, nothing too much trouble. Cheerful, great family run property. Great and fab spot close enough to the Greek restaurant, a roundabout and railway station. Plus, minutes away from St Michael and 

I had comfortable stay, the place is lovely welcoming!

This hotel was set in a beachfront area so close to Brighton by bus, and the Lancing train station. I interacted with the very welcoming staff. There were an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron in my double room, really enjoyed it.  

I truly enjoyed English breakfast, the food was outstanding. The location was lovely and fantastic in a very beautiful area, close to sirens day, and the sea.

Particularly good location right by shops and a local shop. The hotel right by cafés and pubs. Delicious breakfast with good local products for all tastes.

The hotel's location was beachfront, to Lancing railway station.

The location was particularly good, for example, Brooklands Pleasure Park was relatively close to the hotel. Also, it was right by cafés and pubs.

Stayed in modern double room with seaview.

I had such a great stay at this hotel! the value for money was excellent. I couldn't believe the price for what I got. Secondly, the staff were so friendly and attentive. They made me feel right at home. 

Airy rooms and bright with seaview and an airy plus shower. Amazing location, 1 km from city centre. Walking distance to shops and several stores across the street.

Exceptionally busy staff!

Almost everything. Very nice people, very helpful, top service quality, great location, party atmosphere in the pub.

We had a room with a great view, but had to carry the luggage up 3 floors. The rice as a side dish to the fish at dinner was drowned in soy sauce.

This place is conveniently located near the beach.
